when i was struggling with my depression, one of my friends helped me see a psychotherapist, and it was significantly helpful. I was just about to recover my hope which can give me every reason to live, but, it didn’t last long. The problem was the cost and time. Since my depression was so severe that i could hardly get a stable and well(or at least reasonably) paid job. Psychotherapy is not inexpensive and needs to be proceeded for a certain amount of time that could be months or even, years. I couldn’t come up with any idea to afford the money. Frustrated, i really was. And the pills?……
